1. Do You Do One-Time Cleanings?

Yes. One time cleanings include move-ins and move-outs, spring cleaning, service prior/after an event. We also provide recurring services to meet you business or personal needs. Our window washing services include interior, exterior, mirrors, ceiling fans, skylights, and chandeliers. Regardless of your budget we can guarantee a window washing service that both you and our company will be proud of.

2. What is the Cost of My Cleaning?

Cleaning fees are based on distance, size, and condition of your office or home. When you receive the initial estimate, it is just that - an estimate. A cleaner will come to your business or home and do a walk through with you and outline the services you want done. At that time you will be given a bid price. Services requested over and above those outlined during the walk through will require prior approval before completion and the bid price will be adjusted accordingly.

Commercial Care works with all types of businesses including medical offices, retail businesses, multi-tenant buildings, schools, banks, commercial plants, fitness centers, churches, auto dealerships, city and state offices, construction cleanup and other commercial businesses.

3. What will Your Cleaner Do?

We can provide a cleaner to perform virtually any domestic task that does not compromise the individual’s integrity or safety.

4. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. Commercial Care brings all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies. During the walk through we will discuss your preferences and accommodate.
